Accessing SheenStitch.store constitutes a binding legal agreement to the “Boutique Accord.” This document governs the acquisition of luxury apparel and unstitched fabrics within the Pakistan territory. Whether you are a retail consumer or a wholesale partner, you agree that our platform is the sole arbiter of quality standards and intellectual property rights for the “SheenStitch” brand.
2.2 Intellectual Property & “Originality” Clause
- The Design Sovereignty: All embroidery patterns, digital prints, and garment silhouettes displayed on SheenStitch.store are the exclusive intellectual property of our design house. Reproduction, mimicking, or “Copy-Culture” for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action under the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) of Pakistan.
- Visual Accuracy: While we utilize high-fidelity studio photography, the “Luster” (Sheen) of certain fabrics like Chiffon, Silk, and Organza may vary slightly under different lighting conditions. The customer acknowledges that screen calibration differences are not considered a “Product Defect.”
2.3 Transactional & Delivery Governance
- The “Verified Order” Protocol: An order is only considered “Accepted” once it passes our internal fraud-detection and stock-availability check.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Ethics: We offer COD as a courtesy to our Pakistani clientele. However, repeated refusal of high-value luxury parcels at the doorstep without valid cause will result in the permanent blacklisting of the user’s CNIC/Mobile number from our ecosystem.
