We understand that in the world of “Stitch,” precision is everything. If a garment fails to meet our promised “Sheen” or “Stitch” standards, we provide a structured, transparent path for correction.
3.2 Eligibility for Exchange & Returns
- The 7-Day Inspection Window: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any discrepancies.
- The “Pristine Condition” Rule: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging with all security tags intact. “Unstitched” fabric that has been cut or altered by a local tailor is strictly ineligible for return.
- Defect Identification: A “Defect” is defined as a significant weaving flaw, missing embroidery, or incorrect sizing beyond the industry-standard 1-inch tolerance.
3.3 The Refund & Reversal Protocol
- Non-Availability Refund: If an item goes out of stock after payment due to a system glitch, a 100% Full Refund is initiated to the original payment source within 72 hours.
- Change of Mind: For “Change of Mind” on standard items, we offer Store Credit Vouchers valid for 12 months. This allows you to choose an alternative design that better suits your aesthetic.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during “Clearance” or “End of Season” events are final sales and are only eligible for exchange in the case of a genuine manufacturing flaw.
